You must read and agree to the following terms and conditions before booking any service. Once an appointment is made, you are bound by these terms and conditions. PCB Automotive strives to provide high-quality services, but certain limitations and standard manufacturer warranties apply. All services are performed at the customer’s own risk, and PCB Automotive will not be held responsible for any personal belongings, pre-existing vehicle conditions, or damages not directly related to the service provided.
Tire Sales – Terms & Conditions
Tires must be installed by qualified and licensed professionals only.
Re-torque your wheels after 100 km of installation; failure to do so may lead to serious accidents.
Regularly check tire depth, cracks, discoloration, or any visible damage. Consult a Tire Service Center if necessary.
Only the manufacturer’s warranty applies in case of defects or failures; PCB Automotive provides no additional warranty or guarantee.
All products follow standard manufacturer warranties; no refunds or exchanges are allowed once purchased.
PCB Automotive shall not be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, including lost profits or downtime.
Auto Detailing – Terms & Conditions
Customers must remove all personal belongings, money, and valuables before the detailing service.
PCB Automotive accepts no liability for any personal items lost or damaged during service.
All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.
Detailing times are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition.
PCB Automotive will not be responsible for pre-existing damage or wear in vehicles.
Communications – PCB Automotive
PCB Automotive may send SMS or WhatsApp messages to confirm your appointment, share service updates, and request feedback after the service is completed. Standard messaging or data charges from your mobile service provider may apply, for which PCB Automotive is not responsible.
Our team may contact you directly via phone to confirm or reschedule appointments, or to gather feedback for service improvement.
All incoming and outgoing calls may be monitored or recorded to maintain service quality.
Cancellation Policy – PCB Automotive
A 24-hour advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule any booked service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of 25% of the service cost.
Same-day appointment cancellations will also be charged 25% of the service cost.
If no prior notice is given and you fail to attend the scheduled appointment, the full service amount will be charged.
PCB Automotive reserves the right to reschedule or amend booking times due to weather conditions, staff availability, or equipment issues. Customers will be informed promptly in such cases.
